Promising Chelsea youngster Josh McEachran has opted for a move down to the Championship after signing for Brentford. McEachran, hailed as one of Chelsea's brightest young talents, has not quite been able to nail down a spot in the crowded but talented place that Stamford Bridge is, and has opted to join the Bees to aid them in their quest for promotion.
McEachran, who made his Champions League debut at the age of 17 for the Blues, has already had loan spells with Swansea, Boro, Watford, Wigan and Vitesse.
He has signed a four year contract with Brentford, who have paid Chelsea £750,000 for his services.
