Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been keeping tabs on İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor midfielder Edin Visca

"Arsene Wenger has sent scouts to observe my games, this has motivated me and helped me get into the [Bosnian] national team," Visca said for Turkish media.

Despite growing interest Visca underlined that he wants to remain at IBB unless his club agrees for him to leave.

"I am not thinking about transfers right now all I am focusing on is the World Cup, let's see what happens after," Visca said.

The Bosnian international joined IBB from FK Zeljeznicar Sarajevo in 2011 and has three years left on his contract.

Visca has 12 goals and 18 assists in 77 appearances for the Istanbul based club.

The 23-year-old has been called up for Bosnia's International game against Argentina in New York on Saturday.

As a country, Bosnia-Herzegovina was only officially recognised as a FIFA member in 1995 shortly after gaining independence in 1992.

After narrowly missing out on qualifying for previous World Cup's and European Championships, Bosnia qualified for their first World Cup finals following a 1-0 win over Lithuania in the final game in Group G, pushing Greece into the playoffs.
